Our courses are specifically designed to teach you how to enroll clients, monitor services, analyze, and report on your project(s). Throughout these courses, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of how to use HMIS, maintain data accuracy and timeliness, gather and report meaningful, required, and decision-making information, and ultimately address homelessness in our community.
Develop the skills needed to use ClientTrack, Spokane's local Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) software solution, with this training course that introduces new and infrequent users to the principles of HMIS, fundamentals of entering clients and accessing basic reports.
